Tori Interviews With Loose Women

It’s not what you’re thinking… well, maybe it is…
Loose Women is the UK’s version of The View and Tori did an interview with them on April 19, 2007, just prior to releasing American Doll Posse. It’s always fascinating to me how many (and how much) people just don’t ‘get’ Tori. She is poised and eloquent, as always, and these bumbling women just sort of get a glazed look in their eyes every time she says something intelligent.

She always speaks with such eligance and it seems to me these women just don’t know what to do with her! I love listening to her sing or speak, she is such a beautiful person, intelligent and eligant in everything she does!

Think you nailed it, Maggie. Watching Tori on this show was like seeing a swan stroll through a group of pigeons.
Maybe it’s me, but I swear they held the close-up on Tori a bit longer when she spoke about “transmuting” events - no doubt so the hosts could scramble for a Thesaurus.
With all the beautiful songs Tori’s done, I couldn’t believe they led off the interview with “this 90’s floor-filler.”
A great interview just to here how centered and intelligent Ms. Amos is. Thanks for posting it.

Yes, when I heard that intro song, I thought, “Maybe the date is wrong on this interview?”
A remix of an amazing song, one that more than half of the “filled floor” doesn’t even realize is Tori… way to go, ladies.
Another unfortunate point was when the Queen Bee brought up Tori’s rape. Because Tori hasn’t discussed THAT enough…
But, as usual, Tori is so gracious through it all. She must be used to certain levels of idiocy at this point in her life.
